Employee Project Development Junior (f/m)
The Studio is looking for an experienced, ambitious and skilled person, to support the studio team with a following
Tasks:
- Autonomous conceptual drafting of retail and mixed use developments (new planning and remodelling) in 2D / 3D
- Communication and collaboration with research and portfolio departments to set up specific project briefs and respective assessments for specific projects
- Communication with regional offices about required data and supporting issues
- Research, analyse and implementation of economic key purposes into conceptual scheme drawings
- Collect and transform working results into a clear, comprehensive master plan presentation (PowerPoint / Photoshop)
- Supervise drafts persons in implementing conceptual ideas and sketches into professional presentation materials
Profile:
- University degree in Architecture
- Previous knowledge in developing and visualizing contemporary designs of retail parks, shopping centres and mixed use premises
- Expert level knowledge in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Basic knowledge in Rhino and Grasshopper scripting
- Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Office and
- Photoshop
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Experience in formal supervision and steering of conceptual development of several projects
- Business English: fluent
- Willingness to travel, with approx. 1 to 2 week p.m. stays abroad
